Most items in my shop are ready to ship and will be packed & shipped within the next 3 business days.
The items will be shipped by UPS / DHL / EMS. Usually it will take 4-10 days to arrive worldwide.Please contact me if you need expedited shipping.
3.What is your return policy?
Our constant effort is to provide excellent quality products and meet our commitment.
However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll try to remedy the situation.
Please, check all information concerning dimensions, color, delivery delay and don't hesitate to ask questions if some think appears unclear.
In case, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returning or replacement within 10 days of receipt. It is imperative to contact us for confirmation before returning. The returned item must be in perfect condition for resale, never worn and are in packaging.
We'll refund or replace as soon as the returned item arrives to us.
Concretely, we'll give you a refund for the item price, shipping fees are not refundable.
Shipping fees for a returned item or an exchanged item are payable by buyer. In case you want a replacement, an additional fee is required for shipping of the new item.
Custom orders cannot be refunded.
